Pillarhouse International will return to Nepcon Asia, via Pillarhouse China, for the 2024 Exhibition, in Hall 11, Booth 11F45 of the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Centre, from the 6th to the 8th of November 2024.
This year, Pillarhouse China will present the upcoming Fusion Pro machine – a new in-line solution capable of accommodating PCB’s up to 508mm x 508mm. For increased soldering capability, this system will have the ability to be configured with twin adjustable flux heads and twin adjacent solder baths, each with an adjustable pitch in the Y axis, offering simultaneous process capability of two identical, non-mirror image products, up to 254mm x 508mm.
Also on display will be the Synchrodex Pro production line, featuring an impressive configuration of 1600mm fluxing, pre-heating, and soldering modules. The system’s innovative 1600mm dual-bath solder module enables simultaneous, independent nozzle processing for dual-board soldering, delivering unparalleled flexibility and precision for 420mm x 610mm PCB’s.
