Pillarhouse USA at SMTAI 2017

Once again Pillarhouse will be exhibiting at the 2017 SMTA International Electronics Exhibition, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Rosemont, IL. on the 19th and 20th September, 2017.

For this year’s event, Pillarhouse will demonstrate their Synchrodex and Pilot Selective Soldering Systems. The Synchrodex is recognised as one of the industry’s most flexible solutions in the selective soldering sector. With in excess of 550 units in the field, the Synchrodex platform offers unrivalled performance, combined with a scalable upgrade path to cope with increases in production demands. The line at this year’s SMTAI show will be a Synchrodex Fluxer/Preheater Combo system paired with a Synchrodex Solder system.

Pillarhouse will also be demonstrating their entry-level, desktop selective soldering system the Pilot. The Pilot is perfect for small to medium batch hand-load operations wanting a high specification value option. This system is also ideal for SME producers where floor space is at a premium and flexibility and energy saving are key considerations.

Although the most affordable machine ever offered by Pillarhouse, the Pilot still features as standard, our highly flexible AP solder nozzle technology. For more demanding applications, our optional market leading, patented 1.5mm micro nozzle offers the ultimate in flexibility when soldering in close proximity to SMT. The Pilot is available with an optional Nitrogen generator which is neatly built into the base of the system.
